What can I see on the Portal?

You will be able to review passes from a given day or a summary over a given time. You will be able to compare your results and statistical information against summary data from a pool of drivers. (All personally identifiable information from the driver pool / comparable data sets will be removed). You will be able to see data by date range, tournament sanction #, event class (i.e.,R/L), skier performance, rope length, and more. You will be able to analyze the percent of passes in tolerance, # passes in center, left and right, the percent of passes plus or minus deviation, your cumulative deviations and total movement compared to your peers.

Who can access my data?

You will be provided with secure access to your personal data only.

Who else can see my data?

No individual other than you can see your data with the following exception: Your Confederation Drivers Committee Representative will have access to individual drivers’ data for their respective Confederation Members ONLY. That Confederation Drivers Committee Representatives will also have access to high level aggregate data from other Confederations (Aggregate data will not include any personally identifiable information). Each Confederation Council ( E&A, PanAm and Oceania) shall adopt, for their respective confederation, a policy regarding how data can be shared with and accessed by a National Federation within that Confederation.

Will there be an audit log of who has looked at my data?

An audit log will record user access, date and time of access and any individual driver files accessed.

If no Driver is Logged in then the Scoring supplied Driver will work as normal

Why should I bother Logging Out ?

It is critical that YOUR data is YOUR DATA
If you jump out of the boat without Logging Out then the next passes driven will show up under your Name. So please take the seconds necessary to Logout when you leave the boat

While the email should arrive within seconds please wait a couple of minutes just in case. Then check your Spam or Junk folders.

Why does the Portal ask me for a One Time Code every time I login?

The Privacy and Security of our Drivers data is our Numbe One Priority. To ensure that we want ensure the identity of the person logging in. The small inconvenience of a One Time Code is the best way to do that.
